This item includes a bottle of 3.4 oz. Cream Peroxide and a packet of powder bleach to be mixed together when you are bleaching your hair. Short hair and roots will do fine with one package, longer hair will probably need two packages. This way of bleaching your hair is cheaper than store bought bleach kits, but you do need your own container to mix it in as well as your own gloves.
I usually mix about 1-2 oz developer with half a package of powder bleach to get good results.

Jerome Russell Cream Peroxide 40 volume, 3.4 oz.
Jerome Russell Lightest & Brightest Powder Bleach Super Concentrated. For highlighting, frosting, and bleaching. 25 gm.
Directions on package:
1. Use Jerome Russell Cream Developer (with powder bleach) for best possible results.
2. Do not apply if cuts, sores, or abrasions are present on the scalp.
3. Apply Jerome Russell bleach to dry hair. Do not shampoo before application.
4. Avoid contact with scalp, face, eyes, and neck.
5. Wait 36 hours between applications.
6. Always reseal bag and container.

If you have never bleached your hair by yourself before, I recommend starting out with a big bleach kit box that can be found at a beauty store. The boxes usually have extensive directions and include all the tools you will need.
