Neon Dress: Small
Product Description
I made this dress out of a lot of different scraps of crazy colored fabric. The bottom part is made of half pale green twill, half hot pink pvc with an overlayer of black and white silver foil knit fabric. This dress is stretchy and you can just pull it over your head. The zebra halter straps are super long.
