Ordering Information

Payment Options
To buy something, first choose whether you will pay with a Paypal account, credit card, cash, check, or money order. If you want to pay with your Paypal account or credit card number, you can use the shopping cart checkout and your order will be automatically processed.

If you want to pay with cash, check, or a money order, first send an email to annie@derangeddesigns.com with a list of what items you want as well as your name and address. I will then email you back with the total and instructions for sending your payment.

*Note about Paypal payments: When you pay with Paypal, the payment will show up twice on your account summary. First it will be labeled as an authorization, and then as a payment. Your account will only be charged once.

*Note about checks: checks and money orders made out to Deranged Designs will not be accepted. Make sure to address them to Annie Rose! Also, I will have to wait until the check clears to send you your order.

Tax
A sales tax of 7.75% will be charged to all California residents. The California sales tax is actually 7.25%, but in the Sacramento Country district it is 7.75% so I legally have to charge that rate to everybody.

Returns & Exchanges
Refunds are allowed on most items in my website, but I would rather that you do an exchange for another item! If you are not happy with your purchase, make sure to contact me within one month of ordering.

Refunds are not allowed on custom made items. (For example, animal print hoodies.) But you can exchange them for another size. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION BEFORE YOU BUY SOMETHING!!

Shipping Costs and Options
All U.S. orders are shipping either First Class or Priority Mail. All non-U.S. orders are shipped First Class. I have separate rates for mailing to the UK and Canada, so make sure to choose the right country when you use the shopping cart.

I ship orders within a week of recieving them. It will typically take up to another week for you to recieve your order. If it has been over 2 weeks since you made your order and you have still not recieved it, send an email to annie@derangeddesigns.com.

Shipping rates are calculated by the weight of your order. T-Shirts, skirts, dresses, and leggings are usually about .4 or .5 lb, pants and hoodies are 1 lb, belts are 1.5 lbs, and small things like patches are about .05 lb.

Shipping Rates: These are based on USPS rates. I am not trying to rip you off on postage. The post office will often charge more or less than what I charge you (but usually more!).
