Red Vinyl Circle Skirt
Product Description
I made this circle skirt with red vinyl fabric and sewed random rows of grommet tape all over. It has a 2nd circle layer of black and white striped fabric, plus a black rib knit elastic waistband. I trimmed it with black and white lace. Length is 14 inches. Its longer than my usual skirts, but you can roll the waistband up if you want to wear it shorter. Matching top available for sale in sizes XS to XL.
