Vinyl Layer Skirt: XXS-XL, 3 colors available!
Product Description
I make these skirts with a cotton elastic waistband and two vinyl tiers. The vinyl fabric is shiny on the outside and feels like regular fabric on the inside. Choose from 3 different colors!
WAISTBAND SIZES:
XX-Small: 28" (71 cm)
X-Small: 30" (76 cm)
Small: 32" (81 cm)
Medium: 34" (86 cm)
Large: 36" (91 cm)
X-Large: 38" (96 cm)
Each size is about 12" (31 cm) long. To find the perfect size, measure around the spot halfway between your hips and waist.
The back is the same as the front.
